Hey guys! It's Valentine's Day. Romance is in the air and apparently freaking everywhere, so let's counteract that a little.

Write us your most loving story-- where the love is anything but romantic. Friends, family bonds, platonic life partners, anything you can come up with, we'd love to see it!

The challenge runs until next Sunday. Every story contributed gets a novelty bead. Every story over one thousand words gets an additional novelty bead per thousand words. Show us what you got, writers!

My goodness, it's been a long time since we've done this. Have another round.

Leave a comment on the post and I will leave you five random tropes from TV Tropes. Use two in a story and get five novelty beads. Of course, if you feel up to a challenge, you can use more than two. You'll get an extra novelty bead per trope used.

The game will run for a week, starting today, Sunday, February 14th. You can get a new set of tropes after you've posted the first story-- there's no limit to the number you can get except your own writing speed. You can also mulligan, but it's more fun if you give it a shot.

If you get a trope that is racist, sexist, ableist, whatever, and don't want to use it, let me know and I will redraw one for you (since a mulligan would be an entirely new draw of five tropes). If a trope would be triggery for you, same thing goes. This should be fun, not painful or hurty, so please don't hesitate to ask!
