Hey everybody! How about we take care of some of those TBDs we have hanging around?

-Dead Time Prompts: Starts this Thursday (July 30th)
-Lilith Fair: Week of August 10th
-Seasonal RP: Opens August 27th
-Special End Of Summer Surprise Event: September 14th through the 21st

Questions? Comments? Requests for encouragement? We’ve had a lot of awesome fic posted this season and I for one and looking forward to more.

Aaaaaugh, I really wanted to do Dead Time this year, but that's the weekend before my last day of finals when I have to have all my papers turned in for art history class. I absolutely can't write fiction then. *wails and tears hair dramatically* o_O

Doesn't work that way, unfortunately. ;P It's the flip side of being awesome at cutting wordcount -- if I leave this specific headspace where I can churn out half a page of sesquipedalian blather in fifteen minutes and not edit it down to two lines, I'll have a hell of a time getting back in.

I think I only have like five more half-pages, a full-page, and a five-page essay to do, though. Gotta watch three more videos, and tomorrow I have gym class and then I have to dash back to Bisbee for a meds-renewal appointment before heading back to art history class and getting assigned another set of handwritten essay questions... or possibly two, he said there'd be three tests and there's only been the one yet. And Monday is supposed to be the last day of class. This guy can't keep a schedule to save his life.

*ahem* Which is why I bought ice cream on the way home. ;P
