Slight Supply change
We've changed how Pastels work, per a suggestion from finch. Instead of having to have a bingo card from origfic_bingo, you can request a card from any Dreamwidth-hosted bingo community in which the mods generate the table for you. If you generate your own table, it doesn't count, since it's basically a self-made challenge; we have Custom Palette for that.
