Banners updated

[rainbowmods]

Unfortunately, not your completion banners. That's next on my to-do list.

But all the banners on rainbowlists have been moved to an ImgBB account and re-linked. All lists, styles, supplies, palettes, and accomplishments now have functional banners that will not be replaced with Photobucket's irritating "give us money!" banner.

I noticed, as I was fixing them, that several lists don't have credits for who created them. I've linked those lists under the cut. If you created it, please comment here to let me know so I can fix it. (I know these are all at least a couple of years old and people may have moved on or may not recall, but I'd like to credit as many of these as possible.)

I think all of those are shipwreck_light's except for sapphire, which might be mine.

I was thinking they probably were, but I didn't want to assume. I'll mark them as hers and Sapphire as yours once I'm migraine-free again.
