Did you meet your goals, ficcers? If so, you should tell me about how awesome you are so that you can get your beads. Remember there was s special bonus for this art movement.

This season's bonus challenge? Spring cleaning! Finish a color that's been pending for more than a year for five musical novelty beads OR use up previous novelty beads during this season. In with the new! OK, and the person who uses the most novelty beads gets a surprise. I can't tell you what it is because it's still hiding under my bed amidst the dust bunnies. Get cleaning!

Is a little more than a week again this season. You have until July 1st to finish and post material from any challenge which is otherwise closed (including old special colors like Summertime Blues).

New Challenge: Auto-destructive art

Sign up by leaving a comment in this post with your goal—make sure it's a challenge for you! It can be a word count, number of prompts, lists you want to finish, plotpoints you want to reach. Whatever keeps you happy and on your toes.

Sign-ups are open from now until July 1st. You will have until September 21st to complete your goal. Meeting your goal gets you twenty novelty beads, and exceeding your goal by one third or one quarter (whatever's easier to calculate) gets you five more.

My goal was six. I...wrote 27. Far more productive than I thought I would be despite finals.

I also finished 3 colors that were over a year pending (white opal, dove grey, and atomic tangerine), and finished the Light the Flamethrower challenge.

I'm going to say ten this time, because the Heavensward expansion just came out for FFXIV, so I'm not going to be very productive until I finish the new main scenario stuff <.

I finished Octarine but not Monolith. ;_;

So I want to take Monolith (saturation tapestry) again, and to spice it up I want to in addition do either a mixed media or sketch tapestry.

I'm going to be gentle with myself, as I'm not certain how much work I'll have in the next couple of months, so my goal will be to complete stories for five prompts. One of those stories will definitely be for the Anne Boleyn Donor House AU.

I failed. Miserably. So I am going low key again:

Ho hum, ho hum. I need to come up with an list of goals mostly because I failed at goals last time and yes.

Three stories

At least one of them has to be Sentient Carnival.

There was going to be a fourth but i have no idea what it was. Oh well.

I DIDN'T THINK I HAD A GOAL, BUT I DO. It just mostly revolves around the Summer Carnival stuff and is multifaceted.

-Complete Milk Bottle.

-Finish Folly

-Do saturations for Blue Opal and Fire Opal. (Which I'd already been planning! They're companion pieces/overlapping continuations to my White Opal saturation, and are narrated by Kit and then a character I haven't introduced yet.)

-Do the 2,500 word story containing a carnival, which can double as a Lilith Fair thing because I totally have a song in mind.

-Participate in the Duck Gallery, which sounds like the most nerve-wracking out of all this! Because most of those other things could be combined to an extent and I'm a raging perfectionist. (An HOUR!? XD)

-TL;DR, GET TICKETS, BE AWESOME.

Gah, I feel like I'm expecting so much of myself! But, if I could finish Clean Again after starting nearly a week late and then getting stuck on that goddamn novella of a 5+1 I insisted on doing, I can do anything.

The dead time prompts go a lot more smoothly than you think once you're actually don't them. :)

I did not participate in the Les XX Art. But I should really get some writing done again.
So, sign me up for this one :D And now. My goal... Finish at least 1 color list and write at least 1 story that is longer than 1500 words... It's a small goal, but seeing how poor I am at writing these days, I'll be thrilled if I make it... -_-;

I am not giving up hope that I might finish my goals by the end of Amnesty Week. I have like eight half-written fics and four sketches. It could happen this season!

And this is summer so we're gonna go a little ridiculous again:

-Finish Blue Opal, Prism, and Famous if that one isn't out by the end of Amnesty
-Do Dragon Scale Green
-Participate in Dead Time, Dunk Tank, the RP, and attempt SeasonofKink, meaning either one actual bingo or a bingo's worth of original fic because lord help me attempting sex and fanfic at the same time might be a little more than I can do
-3k words in Summer Blockbuster
-One Illustration and a Sketch Tapestry

RL knocked me sideways so I wasn't able to finish my challenge.

So for this challenge I want to do:

-Something for the Summer carnival
-Finish off Dove Grey
-Finish Dragon Scale Green

But if that falls through I want to at least one story on here. I think I can do that.
