RP: Is this Heaven?

There is a reception area, and at first glance, it looks to be like most reception areas: there is a front desk, a hallway that leads away, boasting a row of doors appearing to go on forever; there are two other doors immediately visible, one bearing the words Conference Room and the other Committee Chair, both etched in fine glass. All of the décor is elegant, if cold: everything is done up in blues and whites, and the chairs and couches provided look like they were chosen more for their appearance over their actual functionality.

If not for the sense of other in the room, it might seem like an ordinary office building.

It isn’t.

Welcome to heaven! Feel free to explore. A very freaked out Gabriel will probably greet you at some point.

(hello this is Luci she wanted to play when she saw all the other Lucifers. she is incarnate and about fourteen years old.)

"Hey, you! You look way too happy to be here. Do you know what the fuck's going on?"

"Well, it's nice to have the wings back, but sort of just trading one set of chains for another...." Anabiel muttered, wondering why Paradise was now a call center. Unless they'd rearranged this hall again.

"Look, kid, I'm a little busy here--ohhhhhhh ho ho. No." She turned to actually addressed the voice and found Luci herself. "Well. In my expert opinion, we're fucked. Or, Headquarters is."

"Come on, I'm looking for the elevator."

"Damn right this is fucked," Luci muttered, hurrying a little to keep up with Anabiel's longer legs.

"Why the fuck am I even here? Do you know? I think I saw- I think I saw myself, only not myself. Twice. This is fucked up."

"That... doesn't surprise me. A lot of insignificant filth have been using your name lately. The people that had me were busy offing them." Anabiel slowed down, trying to give Luci an easier pace. Having bodies in Heaven was beyond stupid.

Finally, a wall panel slid open. Anabiel stepped in the elevator compartment. "Hey, does your passcode still work? The exec suites take higher clearance."
