Who's Your Time Lord?

You know the trope. One character in every story is a a Time Lord, somehow and in some way. So which character in your story is a Time Lord, and why?

Mine is Joy, obviously, because she's already time-travelled for at least three AUs so I might as well take it all the way.

All of my time traveling characters seem to be involved with Joy, so. I'm going to say Jax, just because I love the idea of him always being there behind the scenes of EVERYTHING helping out as best as he could.

(New summary idea: Jax is everyone's guardian angel. He's also a time Lord.)

Our Time Lord is obviously Augusto, considering we had to rework our timeline because originally Gina Sophia was born nine years before Augusto and Virginia met. Which...oops. Our joke is that Augusto has a magical, time-traveling cock.

Well, it's not unprecedented for Time Lords to want some of that sweet human booty. Augusto will just be the most, er, enthusiastic.

So what would his Time Lord name be?

This, I do not know, lol. When Sara gets on, she can answer this part. (I've only seen "Blink", no other eps of DW.)

It's like...The Doctor is The Doctor's Time Lord name--that's not his actual name. He chose it because of the whole connotation of healing and helping (although with his reputation, he's actually changed the meaning of the word 'doctor' for certain cultures, making it equivalent to that of 'warrior').

So Augusto's Time Lord name would be something meaningful like that that he'd want to call himself.

Do you have any idea what that might be, though? Because the closest would be "Father"...

My Time Lord would probably have to be Dallu. Mostly because he's delightfully mysterious and refuses to tell me his age.

Er. I'm dithering between Saith or Yuyan, the former because of his long lifespan, slow aging and general superhuman abilities, and the latter because of her abilities to see past/present/future.

I think it should be Yuyan. Most Time Lords don't randomly turn into snakes. And this way Saith could have a friend, because she'd just keep regenerating!

Hmm. I don't have any time travelers, but for Myrrosta I'm going to say Edward. Mysterious past, unclear how old he is, lives for traveling and won't ever settle down, seems to understand the world in a completely different way to everyone else.

For UF, I was originally going to say Cassie because she's just so weird, but I think it might actually be Charlie. He's been fobwatched, though, so he doesn't know who he really is. He just tries too hard to be normal, plus he has weird superpowers that he is in denial about.

Sounds like a Time Lord to me! Edward, anyway. And oooh, Charlie, I can't wait to hear more about him. This weird superpowers in denial thing sounds awesome.

Would Edward be the Merchant?

Definitely the Merchant. His wagon is his TARDIS. He goes through a lot of companions, too.

Why's he go through them fast? Does he just get bored, or do they get tired of him being... Edward?

A little of both, maybe. I think most people would get tired of the ceaseless traveling, and those that didn't...I think Edward might get tired of them. He gets kind of scared of seeing the same people years on end, like maybe he's just that much closer to settling down and that's terrifying.

Maggie. Is there any doubt? She's ageless, mysterious, and seems to play a major role in a lot of events.

None at all! It would explain why she lived for so long. Maybe she just regenerates into the same form the whole time.

You know, I had to think about this one for a while. But, I would have to go with Roa. She started out with different perceptions of time and culture than everyone else- who is to say this wasn't because she came from Gallifrey? *glances at outlines* Oh, she must totally be a rogue, though XD.

I would guess she keeps her TARDIS in her bathroom, being as that's the last place anyone would ever look for a TARDIS.

Also, Pip now knows all of this and is probably angling to be her companion.

...this makes so much sense I may have just spooked myself.

Kelly answered for PF (though I say Torey should get to be a Time Lord too, just because he puts up with so much, lol...oh! or Dan!), so I'll focus on my other stories.

KC--SAM. Obviously it's Sam. I mean come on. Cheerful, mysterious billionaire? Definitely a Time Lord.

TSFBS--Mary, duh. She's calm and often all-knowing, and good at wrangling people to do what she wants.

Time Running--Veronica, almost literally! For the obvious reason that she can control and see Time, lol.

Oh man, I love Mary as a Time Lord! Anne and Brian could be her companions! IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE. And so does Sam. And Veronica. You should write Veronica as a fobwatched Time Lord.

Also, Dan the Time Lord. He's the Bartender. His bar is the TARDIS, which explains how all the Corlionis can fit inside. He's the proprieter of all those random little bars that turn up in the middle of nowhere. IT MAKES MORE PERFECT SENSE.
