But, I'm giving out presents this year at work and I want to share with all of you too!

"This isn't just some never-never land where everyone gets what they want. Grow up!"

With that, broker's line went dead, the space on the screen which his red face had occupied serenely black.

Lucy Vance leaned back in her chair, drumming her fingers over the arm for a few seconds before instead she came to humming, came to reaching for the ornamental letter opener which occupied the stand somewhere behind the screen.

That being shaped like a small saber.

Jibriel watched her for a moment. The way she made the end flicker between her fingers, spun easily as other's might handle pens.

In spite of it, she leaned over her sword arm to kiss her wetly on the cheek.

Lucy Vance nuzzled her back.

She could almost smell the instant in her though that she ceased to be Lucy.

"Go spray paint his dog or some shit," said Pirate Jenny. "Use vegetable dyes, since it's not the dog's fault he belongs to a dumbass."

"Yes, my lord," answered Jibriel.

And kissed her again before she hurried off.
