Challenge: Summer Blockbuster
Do a mosaic of at least 2,500 words using your favorite action-oriented media source as the second cannon.

Complete by the deadline for three novelty beads.

-Starting a conflict-based AU and posting 2,500 words of it. ~ Three Beads

-Advancing a conflict-based AU by five installments or 5,000 words. ~ Five Beads

Event: Midsummer Night's Dream
August 4 - August 10

-Surreal and Dreamy Dead-Time prompts to be issued by the mods

-Dead-Time meaning no more than one hour can be spent on any stories produced (it's like flash fiction).

-And you must use a prompt before pulling a new one, although you can mulligan if nothing comes to you in a day.

-Stories to run in the comm at one novelty bead per. But, you can pull as many as you want through the event. Hurray!

This season’s RP post will be hospital-themed. We are currently recruiting medical professionals as hosts. I know this comm and I’m sure you can provide patients.

All novelty beads from this event will be presented at the end of the festivities. The person who acquires the most novelty beads from Summer of Whump Challenges shall be crowned the Supreme Whumpmaster and given glories to that end.

SWL is not eligible for this title as the mop precludes her.

Hey, nothing kills the summer boredom quite like explosions. That's what we were thinking XD.

I have a few things planned for sure even though I can't win. No reason not to play! Certainly never stopped me from blowing at cards in highschool. Debating another lint roll for Summertime Blues (that's not an official style or material- it's an audience participation thing I do at my personal journal for kicks).

Man, if you can finish any of the colours listed above, I've done the math and they're worth far more in total bead count than completing just summertime blues.
