=) Brief insight into the modly workings: very few decisions are made by a single person, and most decisions involve discussion among all the mods. We don't like to make unilateral decisions, since we all run the joint. Pretty much the only time you'd get an immediate yes-or-no answer is if we're all online, available, and reach a fast consensus or if we've discussed the issue before. So right now we're talking it over.
