Welcome the new year with a new challenge!

Sign up by leaving a comment in this post with your goal—make sure it's a challenge for you! It can be a word count, number of prompts, lists you want to finish, plotpoints you want to reach. Whatever keeps you happy and on your toes.

Sign-ups are open from now until January 15th. You will have until March 20th to complete your goal. Meeting your goal gets you twenty novelty beads, and exceeding your goal by one third or one quarter (whatever's easier to calculate) gets you five more.

As a special bonus for this season's challenge, anyone posting a story in which a transsexual, transgender or otherwise gender non-conforming character is treated as well as any other characters will be rewarded by the mods.

The Sex Is Not The Enemy Ficathon will probably be on again this year. If the usual LJer doesn't post it, SWL will. Because she's SWL. And she likes that sort of thing. Anyway, signups likely start around the middle of this month.

--Average three pieces a week.
--Finish at least one saturation, preferably one of the character study saturations I've had sitting in my folder for months...

Angel Cake #8- Faithful: Have notes, but it's a long, hot NASTY mess

Ember #20- Salamander: Has been about 1/2 done for a few months now. . .
Ember #8- Candle: Sorcerer AU, have notes.

DB #2- Barren: Have notes
DB #5- Fertile: Sorcerer AU; need notes.
DB #7- Garden: I know what I have booked; goes with Salamander. Sort of.
DB #10- Melancholic: Stunt Fic. Started.
DB #11- Mother Earth: Can't find the notes for what I was going to write for this. Damnit.
DB #12- Is a revision of an old meme request.
DB #15- Old Age: In the planning phase
DB #16- Patience: Have some notes, about ready to start.
DB #18- Plough: Ditto
DB #20- Smell of the Living Earth: Have notes; need to find them.

My goal is to actually post something here it's been too long! So my goals are:

-Work on a saturation (preferably Lust)
