I actually don't have a lot of them. I generally like everything I write, but I don't fall in love with it. THAT SAID, here are a few that I did fall in love with.
1) Freedom. Big favorite. It just said... everything that I wanted it to say, compactly and nicely and some more things that I didn't know I wanted to say.
2) Reverance. Wrote itself. I still love it for the language.
3) winter. Slightly different because I can see the flaws in it, and yet I can't imagine changing a single word. I love this story. I love it a lot.
4) can't go back. This one had been hovering around in my head for a while, and when I wrote it out finally it was exactly as I'd imagined it.
5) Sacraments. I was a little worried about this one when I wrote it, but it was an area of Gina's life that needed to be explored, and in the end I liked it a lot better than I thought I would. I think that's at least partly thanks to Father Arnott.
6) Choices. I was really scared about this one too-- I think you remember that-- but it turned out as a soapbox story that wasn't on a soapbox at all and I'm really, really pleased with it.
7) Conquering Hero. Sweet, silly, happy sex. Worked exactly like I wanted it to despite me never having written sex before.

8) Here Kitty Kitty, aka The One Where Joy Took Over My Life.
And those are my favorites!
