"Just that," Roa replied with a smile. "Since it get so hot in the summer, and hibiscus tea is tangy, someone got the idea to serve it cold. It's probably better than it sounds."
Cold tea had to be on that certain gourmet level of disconcerting to someone who had never heard of such a thing. Like vanilla shrimp or gazpacho. Although, that did raise some questions beyond those things.
